Sleep is a powerful, magical, yet free drug on the planet. It's free and often underestimated and undervalued. 

A good night's sleep must not be a choice but a discipline. Only humans on Earth have given up on sleep. Look at the animals, they never disturb the circadian rhythm. 

When you sleep, you allow your body's intelligence to work for you. Your body starts to heal, and your hormones & insulin come to a balance. Your body works on eliminating toxins. It recharges you for the next day. Your brain in fact shrinks up to 60% to shed off the toxins. Your fat burns when you're in a state of complete rest. 

Sleep does wonders for your body. All you need to do is sleep well. Today in the world of mobiles and social media, people find it a tough task to get to bed on time. Mobile screens still dominate and don't let you sleep.
