To realise your true nature. To enjoy your true being. Just open your eyes and see the reality .Reality is always infront of us. Only our mind makes us a fool.Mind is very smart playing so many tricks to cover the reality.
Then question comes how to stop mind to play tricks to expirence our own reality, Own nature that is eternal infinite bliss.
To realise the reality first accept yourself totally, accept every thing as it is . Move on accepting whatever come or not come doesn't matter. Accept everything with deep love and gratitude. Do not think or imagine imperfection in manifestation. All happening is perfectly well and all life moving perfection to perfection.
Then mind as a little role to play. Then You start doing your activities with attention . You merge in action . Only action remain your doership is gone.Your ego is melted and suddenly know that death of ego is the real life.You are not exists then whole universe will not exist.Then realise that only life exist.Only life is living.
All names and forms are dream.
Then you are at peace. Understanding arise from peace that you are already what you are seeking. Only seeking to achieve something is the only obstruction .
You never achieve what you are already.
This Understanding wakes up You.
You are now in different dimensions. You are now living in eternity infinity. Now what you see is mirror image of yourself. There is no second to you.All is your face's and all action's are your actions. Individuality lost in infinity and you live a real life,Original life. Living as a
Ocean of bliss , Ocean of knowledge, Ocean of energy , Ocean of peace. All desires are vanished and Supreme state of being arise in you uninvited. Now you are not doing anything all is spontaneously effortlessly happen which has to happen. You are witnessing all events happen nothing can touch you. You are pure awareness. In this awareness all things are happens.
That is the ultimate reality.
This Pure awareness of being is a magic, is the real miracle.
This being is the eternal infinite bliss.
But mind never allow you to become his master. Mind will try to control you by showing you future dream world with dream words like success, achievements , Authority, money, popularity , prestige, enlightenment or whatever you think of.
Mind will try to trap you by seeking something outside you.
Mind start to make a Web of thoughts to achieve something, to do something and you caught in own spider net. And mind keeps you in mental gymnastics.
Thinking about goals you are living in future missing a precious present moment where everything is here and now.Mind keep you engaged in future and past.
And real life is in the present moment. Present is the eternity infinity. Present is the bliss.
Goal oriented mind can not allow you to establish in now,in infinity , eternity and in bliss .
Whole Yoga path leads you to Ocean of bliss that is Samadhi.The Kaivalya where only one exist .Yoga is union with existence. When Samadhi happens then experience that only eternal infinite bliss exists.No second exist.and all else is a waking dream, illusion and you free from Web of thoughts that is mind.
In reality Mind ever never exist it is bundle of thoughts, concepts, ideas base on past experiences. When mind subsidies you become fresh new available to here and now.
Here and now there is no thoughts only witnessing happen. Witnessing to whole universe as I AM
Then this I AM is alone exist as a Absolute, Indivisible,Eternal,Infinite.
This is the journey of yoga from individuality to infinity.
