Several Ayurveda colleges across Kerala have also started free medical camps to spread awareness about seasonal immunity-boosting practices.

 Meditation & Ayurveda Spotlight

Meditation and Ayurveda are deeply interconnected in nurturing holistic health. Ayurveda views meditation as a vital tool for balancing manas doshas (mental energies) — Rajas and Tamas — thereby allowing clarity, peace, and creativity to flourish. On this day, practitioners worldwide observed “Mindful October,” a meditation initiative that aligns with Ayurveda’s emphasis on seasonal mental balance. A daily 15-minute meditation practice, combined with Ayurvedic self-care, can significantly reduce anxiety and improve focus.

Quote of the Day.

"Ayurveda teaches us that true health is the harmony of body, mind, and spirit with the rhythm of nature."
