🌿 The Science of Life — Ayur (Life) + Veda (Knowledge)

I EXIST

I exist.

Everything is my reflection.

The world I see is not separate from me.

Every thought, every feeling, every experience becomes a mirror through which I discover myself.

I EXIST

When I see beauty, I recognize beauty within.

When I see kindness, I awaken kindness within.

When I encounter darkness, I am invited to understand the places within me that still seek light.

I do not need to possess the world to belong to it.

I am here.

I am aware.

I am witnessing.

I exist — and existence itself is the mirror.

Today, I will look at the world gently, knowing that every reflection can lead me back home to myself.

Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah — The Universal Prayer for Peace & Health

Sarve bhavantu sukhinaḥ, sarve santu nirāmayāḥ, sarve bhadrāṇi paśyantu, mā kaścid duḥkhabhāg bhavet. Om śāntiḥ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ.

May all beings be happy,

may all be free from illness,

may all see what is auspicious,

may no one suffer in any way.

Om peace, peace, peace.

सभी सुखी होवें,

सभी रोगमुक्त रहें,

सभी मंगलमय घटनाओं के साक्षी बनें

और किसी को भी दुःख का भागी न बनना पड़े।

ॐ शांति शांति शांति॥

What does “Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah” mean? It is a traditional Sanskrit peace prayer wishing that every living being is happy, free from disease, sees only what is good, and never suffers. In Ayurveda it expresses the ideal of health for all — body, mind and soul.
