Living Absolute — When the Undivided Guides the Mind | Daily Meditation Series 13.

Let intellect lead, let commitment stand firm, and let intelligence work in silence.

We must learn
to place intellect before emotion
not to harden the heart,
but to clarify it.

Emotions move like wind across water,
disturbing the surface,
never the depth.
Desire pulls.
Aversion resists.
And the mind forgets its center.

Commitment remembers.

Ayurveda begins this remembering
through rhythm and restraint
a body aligned with nature,
a nervous system no longer fragmented.
When the body steadies,
the mind becomes available to truth.

Daily meditation opens the inner space.
We sit without seeking.
We watch without choosing.
And slowly, intelligence rises
without effort.

Here, we touch the Absolute
indivisible,
undivided,
unbroken,
inseparable.

Not born.
Not ending.
Bliss without opposite.

Absolute Source flows as breath.
Absolute Knowledge shines as clarity.
Absolute Power moves as discipline.
Absolute Energy sustains without force.
Absolute Peace remains, untouched.

Living Absolute is not about doing more.
It is about ceasing interference.
Allowing life’s deeper intelligence
to arrange thought, action, and rest.

Freed from the mind’s oscillations,
life becomes whole.
Meaningful.
Quietly fulfilling.

This is Living Absolute
to live as the Eternal
while walking gently in time.
