π PART II — SHANTI: THE SCIENCE OF STILLNESS
(Verses 56–110)
The inner silence that restores natural intelligence.
Essence: “Stillness is not an act — it is your origin.”
Verses:
56. The mind heals in silence, not in struggle.
57. Be still — even medicine works deeper then.
58. The quiet mind is the most balanced dosha.
59. Stillness is the true tonic for every system.
60. Awareness alone restores rhythm to life.
π PART III — ATMA VIDYA: KNOWLEDGE OF THE SELF
(Verses 111–165)
Discovering the healer behind the healing — the witnessing Self.
Essence: “Know thy Self — and all becomes whole.”
Verses:
111. You are not the one who heals; you are the wholeness itself.
112. All imbalance begins in forgetfulness of Self.
113. Awareness is the ultimate physician.
114. When you remember your light, even shadows rest.
115. To know the Self is to dissolve the need for cure.
π PART IV — SATYA: THE LIGHT OF TRUTH
(Verses 166–220)
Dissolving illusion — living from the clarity of consciousness.
Essence: “Truth is what remains when all names fade.”
Verses:
166. The light within has no opposite.
167. Truth heals because it cannot be broken.
168. You are the mirror in which reality shines.
169. Every illusion is healed by simple seeing.
170. Awareness is truth remembering itself.
π PART V — ANANDA: THE JOY OF BEING
(Verses 221–275)
The flowering of bliss through awareness.
Essence: “Joy is not found — it is what’s left when resistance ends.”
Verses:
221. Peace is the pulse of the Absolute.
222. Joy is your nature, not your reward.
223. Every conscious breath is an offering of bliss.
224. Stillness smiles as joy.
225. To live in awareness is to celebrate eternity.
π PART VI — MOKSHA: THE LIBERATION WITHIN
(Verses 276–330)
Freedom from identification — realizing the timeless Self.
Essence: “You were never bound — only imagining boundaries.”
Verses:
276. The Self was never born — what dies is the idea of “I.”
277. Liberation is recognition, not achievement.
278. Awareness is freedom without movement.
279. When the seeker rests, the journey ends.
280. Nothing to renounce — only to realize.

Pure, Alone, Eternal — the dissolution of even enlightenment.
Essence: “The Absolute neither arises nor sets — it simply Is.”

331. Alone — yet the source of all.
332. When silence is total, the Absolute speaks.
333. Awareness knows no within or without.
334. The universe is your reflection — the mirror is gone.
335. Absolute, Pure, Alone — the final medicine of existence.
367. The series ends where you begin — as the Infinite.
