RIBHU GITA — FAQS Series 1 - Establishing in the Absolute,Indivisible,Eternal,Infinite Blissful Self.

About Ribhu Gita Part 1

1. What is the essence of the Ribhu Gita?

All that exists is the Self — the one, formless, changeless Reality called Brahman.

2. Who am I?

You are the Infinite Awareness that illumines all experiences; you are not the body, mind, or world.

3. What is Brahman?

The eternal, indivisible Reality — beyond birth and death, beyond change or division.

4. What is the world?

A reflection appearing upon the Self, like images upon a mirror; unreal in itself, real only as Consciousness.

5. What is bondage?

Taking yourself to be limited — body, mind, or ego — rather than the Infinite Self.

6. What is liberation?

Freedom from mistaken identity. Knowing “I am Brahman” and abiding in that awareness.

7. Is there truly creation?

No. Creation is only an appearance in Consciousness. The Absolute was never divided.

8. What is illusion (Maya)?

The power of misperception that makes the one appear as many, the infinite seem finite.

9. How is the mind related to the Self?

The mind is a wave in the ocean of Consciousness. When it subsides, only the Self remains.

10. Can words describe the Self?

No. Words can only point. The Self is beyond thought and speech — pure Silence.

11. How can I realize the Self?

By knowing yourself as Awareness and resting in that recognition. The Self is ever-present.

12. What is meditation according to Ribhu Gita?

Effortless abidance as the Self — without thought, without movement, without doer.

13. Why is the world called unreal?

Because it changes. What changes cannot be real; only the changeless is true.

14. What is real?

That which never changes — the Awareness that witnesses waking, dream, and deep sleep.

15. What is death?

Only the dropping of form. The Self neither dies nor is born.

16. What survives death?

The same Awareness that witnesses life — eternal, undivided, ever-blissful.

17. What is the body?

A temporary appearance in the field of Consciousness, like a shadow on light.

18. What is mind?

A bundle of thoughts that arise and dissolve in the Self, which alone is real.
L

19. What is ego?

The false idea “I am the body.” When seen through, it vanishes into the vast Self.

20. What is peace?

The natural state of the Self when not disturbed by thought or identification.

21. What is bliss?

The joy of being your true nature — unlimited, formless Awareness.

22. What is ignorance?

Forgetting the Self and identifying with the transient.

23. How is ignorance removed?

By Self-knowledge: “I am Brahman.” With this knowing, illusion dissolves.

24. What is true knowledge?

Knowing that the knower, knowing, and known are one — the Absolute.

25. What is Absolute Knowledge?

Knowledge beyond duality, where nothing is known as other than the Self.

26. What is Absolute Power?

The infinite energy of Consciousness that sustains all appearances yet remains untouched.

27. What is Absolute Peace?

Stillness of Being where nothing arises, nothing is sought — only Pure Awareness.

28. What is the Absolute Source?

That which is before all beginnings, uncaused, eternal — the Self.

29. What is the nature of God in Ribhu Gita?

God is none other than your own pure Consciousness — beyond name, form, or worship.

30. What is devotion in this path?

Constant remembrance of “I am That” — seeing all as the Self.

31. What is renunciation?

Letting go of the idea of being a doer or experiencer — resting as the witness alone.

32. What is the highest meditation?

Abidance as That which is aware of meditation itself — the pure, effortless Self.

33. What is the fruit of realization?

Unbroken peace, uncaused joy, unbounded freedom — the bliss of the Absolute.

In the Absolute Silence, the Eternal Healer Awakes.

AYURVEDA: THE PATH TO THE ABSOLUTE — SERIES 2

Every Imbalance is an Invitation to Stillness

By Ayurveda Initiative for Global Health

The Science of Stillness — Returning to the Source of Balance

A golden sunrise over still water, symbolizing the return of awareness to its Infinite Source.

Every imbalance, whether in the body, the breath, or the mind,
is not a flaw  it is a reminder.
A signal that consciousness has drifted from its center,
that awareness has been lost in the noise of movement.

Ayurveda calls us not merely to cure,
but to remember  to return to the Absolute Stillness
from which all energy, power, and life arise.

In truth, no disease exists apart from the forgetting of Self.
And every cure begins in the recognition:

“I am the Absolute  Indivisible, Eternal, Infinite, and Whole.”

The Eternal Principle of Balance

Within every pulse lies the signature of the Infinite.
Each cell breathes the same intelligence that moves the stars.
Vāta, Pitta, and Kapha  movement, transformation, and stability
are not merely doshas; they are cosmic forces in expression.

When these forces return to harmony,
you do not just regain health you rediscover unity.
This is the Ayurveda of the Absolute:
healing not only of body, but of Being.

The Indivisible Source

Before energy becomes motion,
before thought becomes form,
there is the Source still, silent, self-luminous.

This Source is Absolute Knowledge,
the awareness that knows itself as all things.
It is the Power that gives rise to universes,
the Energy that animates every element,
and the Peace that remains when movement dissolves.

“In stillness, the healer, the healing, and the healed become One.”

Infinite Awareness, Eternal Health

Ayurveda is the study of Prakriti the field of nature.
But behind Prakriti stands Purusha  Pure Awareness.
This Awareness is Eternal, Infinite, and Unbroken.

To rest in that Awareness is to be free
not only from illness, but from the illusion of separateness.
The one who knows this does not heal others;
they become the field where all healing happens naturally.

The Bliss of Being

When imbalance fades,
what remains is Bliss  the fragrance of the Absolute.
It is not the joy of gain,
but the joy of Being itself.

Bliss is not earned, it is uncovered.
It is the silence beneath every heartbeat,
the laughter of the Infinite echoing in the finite.

“Be still  the Absolute is not elsewhere.
It breathes through you.”

The Ayurveda of the Absolute

True Ayurveda is the remembrance of your Divine Source.
It teaches that health is not the absence of symptoms,
but the presence of awareness.

When the mind surrenders to stillness,
the body realigns with the cosmic pulse.
You return to the state that is
Absolute, Indivisible, Eternal, Infinite, Blissful, and Free.

In that Stillness,
there is no healer and no patient,
no sickness and no cure
only the Peace of the Absolute, shining as You.

 “The greatest medicine is silence.
The truest balance is awareness.
Every imbalance is an invitation to stillness
where the Absolute reveals Itself as You.”

The Absolute Magic Within

The Absolute

beyond name, beyond form,
breathes through you.

You are not a drop
separated from the sea,
you are the sea itself
dreaming it is a drop.

The Absolute has the power

to unleash the magic of the entire Universe
and through you,
that same power flows,
unbound,
unbroken,
eternal.

Every thought you trust,
every intention you breathe,
awakens a constellation of creation.
You are the silent witness,
and the living fire.

In your stillness — all moves.
In your surrender — all unfolds.
And in your awareness
the impossible becomes inevitable.

Awakening the Infinite Potential of the Absolute Within.

AYURVEDA: THE PATH TO THE ABSOLUTE.

AYURVEDA: The Path to Absolute — Series 1

“The body is made of earth and light; awareness is the space holding both.”

From Healing to Wholeness — from Nature to the Absolute.
Part I — PRAKRITI: THE NATURE OF BEING (Verses 1–55)

Balancing the Five Elements — discovering harmony as the foundation of consciousness.
Essence: “The world is the body of Awareness — balance is remembrance.”

🌸 Introduction: The Awakening of Balance

Ayurveda begins not in the body, but in Awareness itself.
Before there was disease or healing, before even life was named — there was Prakriti, the eternal harmony of the Five Great Elements (Panchamahabhuta).

In this natural order:
🌍 Earth (Prithvi) offers stability and form.
💧 Water (Apas) gives fluidity and connection.
🔥 Fire (Agni) brings transformation and intelligence.
🌬 Air (Vayu) moves and communicates.
☀️ Space (Akasha) contains all — the field of pure awareness.

The first verse of The Path to Absolute reminds us that our being is made of both earth and light, yet held eternally in awareness.
To remember this unity is the foundation of all healing.

🔥 Understanding the Verse

“The body is made of earth and light; awareness is the space holding both.”

This verse is more than poetry — it is the entire philosophy of Ayurveda and Advaita in one breath.

  • Earth symbolizes matter — the body, bones, muscles, food, and form.
  • Light (Agni) is the energy of digestion, perception, and consciousness — the inner sun that transforms experience.
  • Awareness (Akasha) is the silent witness, the infinite field in which both matter and light appear and dissolve.

When we identify only with the body, we experience limitation.
When we identify only with the light, we may forget the grounding of life.
But when we rest in awareness, we remember that both are sacred expressions of the same source.

In this remembrance, balance arises naturally.
Healing becomes effortless.

🪷 Ayurvedic Insight: The Science of Harmony

According to Ayurveda, true health (Svastha) means “to be established in the Self.”
This Self is the still awareness that watches the play of the elements without attachment.

Every imbalance — physical, emotional, or spiritual — begins when awareness identifies with a fragment of itself:

  • “I am my pain.”
  • “I am my stress.”
  • “I am separate.”

But the moment you remember, “I am Awareness holding both earth and light,” separation dissolves.
You are no longer a suffering in the world — you are Presence itself.

🌞 Daily Practice for Series 1: Living the Verse

🕊 Morning Meditation — “Awareness Holds All”

  1. Sit quietly upon waking.
  2. Feel the earth beneath you — stable, supportive.
  3. Feel the warmth within — your inner fire, gentle and alive.
  4. Bring awareness to your breath — the space that moves through you.
  5. Now silently repeat:
“The body is made of earth and light; awareness is the space holding both.”
  6. Sit in that awareness for 10–15 minutes.

🌼 Let thoughts arise and pass, as clouds floating in the vast sky of awareness.

🌬 Daily Pranayama — Balancing the Elements

Practice: Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
This gentle breathing technique balances the solar (fire) and lunar (earth/water) channels of energy.

Steps:

  1. Sit comfortably with spine straight.
  2. Close the right nostril with your thumb; inhale through the left.
  3. Close both nostrils; hold briefly (without strain).
  4. Open the right nostril; exhale slowly.
  5. Now inhale through the right nostril, hold, and exhale through the left.
  6. Continue for 7 rounds (about 5 minutes).

Benefits:

  • Harmonizes the nervous system.
  • Balances Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
  • Deepens stillness and clarity before meditation.

Ayurveda teaches that healing is not something we add to ourselves — it is what naturally emerges when we stop resisting the flow of life.

“Be still — and the medicine of awareness will reveal itself.”

Every herb, every breath, every sunrise carries the vibration of balance.
Your only task is to listen.

🌼 Returning to the Space Within

This first verse of The Path to Absolute is not just the beginning — it is the seed of all healing.

When you see your body not as a burden but as a sacred meeting point of earth and light, you live in remembrance.
When awareness holds all opposites in peace, you have already found liberation.

🌿 “The healer, the healing, and the healed — all dissolve in awareness.”

This is Ayurveda beyond the clinic — Ayurveda as consciousness itself.

Whispers of Wellness: Ayurveda Awakens in Thane.

As dawn breaks over Thane’s lakes, a quiet transformation is taking place. Between the morning hum of traffic and the gentle calls of temple bells, a new rhythm is being rediscovered — the rhythm of nature, of healing, of Ayurveda.

At the heart of this revival is the Ayurveda Initiative for Global Health. More than treatments, the Initiative brings awareness — a reminder that wellness grows from balance, daily rituals and simple attention to the body’s signals.

“Every ache is a language; Ayurveda teaches you to listen.”

The Urban Yogi of Thane Imagine a busy professional who once depended on coffee and late-night work. After a short course of Ayurvedic guidance—adjusting sleep, food timing, and a few herbal supplements—they find deeper sleep, calmer digestion, and renewed focus. This is the Ayurvedic rhythm returning.

Listening to the Body

Ayurveda treats symptoms as messages. In a fast urban life — late dinners, screens late into the night, and hurried meals — the body often whispers long before it shouts. The Initiative uses gentle diagnostics, personalized plans and traditional therapies to translate those whispers into healing action.

The Return of Rituals

Healing with the Initiative begins with rituals that restore rhythm: Abhyanga (self-massage), herbal steam, mindful meals, and, where needed, Panchakarma detox. Each practice is adapted to modern life in Thane — brief, practical, and repeatable.
