whatever you see outside ... that is also your body .... air, sun, earth .... your body is expanded with sun, earth, world. The meaning of the Vishwa is ... that which is forever, that has not passed, which is going to come tomorrow ... that is now.

Shiv Sutra_4.3_ Go looking at the body. Make the mind as scene by walking ahead of it. Everything you thought about it before has gone out. If you see your thoughts you will be shocked. Thoughts keep on changing, there is also a wave of thoughts. Do not be identified with the idea .... become a witness with the thought. Thoughts also change according to the location and situation. Thoughts have a dimension of their own… Make thoughts, expressions also as scene… After that, who is the Seear, it will automatically be seen. The second meaning is .... whatever you see outside ... that is also your body .... air, sun, earth .... your body is expanded with sun, earth, world. The meaning of the Vishwa is ... that which is forever, that has not passed, which is going to come tomorrow ... that is now. While traveling by car, you see a little path… but if you look from the plane, the whole road will be seen. Today, you see the rays coming from the stars .... That has come out many times before. What is special is the Vishwa. Drishya Sharirm ... Whatever you see has become your body. Appreciate this world as you see is your body. Har har har jagadishvara: Dev, Parameshwarai.
