When we are meditating, keeping the mind in the heart, then there is a sense of belongingness, then everything will start its own part. Seeing from the pure element gives rise to the Apashu power. Shakti has two types ... Pashu power and Apashu power. Apashu Shakti is a vibrant power. Apashu Shakti is effortless, alert, supernatural.

Shiv Sutra_5.1_ We understand things according to the state of mind. There is beauty in the eyes of the beholder ... the mind is sweet and the world is sweet. And when the mind does not dive into its heart then it cannot be sweet. When the mind is drowned in the heart, then everyone who sees it feels his own, a sense of belongingness arises, the whole scene becomes alive. From the point of view of a scientist, everything is an object… and if you look at it spiritually, then everything is alive. That is why children call the moon Chandmama. Let the whole world start feeling like this, the solution is to start watching from the heart.
