Nature of the mind
Suppoa delicate piece of cloth...silk is stuck in bush,skill is required to remove it....difficult for mind too...it can't exist without dualities and whatever we identify as good and bad...mind will follow that only. When you have failed, you have blamed practices or tools you used. I am not fit for this. It is easy to get into such conclusions. What to do ? You have heard story of monkey...whenever you think of mantra...don't think of monkey. So, once he started meditating but monkey came in his mind..everytime he had monkeys...mind is such...Ashtavakra knows this...one golden mantra is there...concept of wonder..where there is wonder....there is no mind. Mind makes concepts, then to likes and dislikes. In wonder, concepts are absent.
It is really wonder to see a man who has seen himself as not bounded to body but getting into the gross. One who is more aware is hurt by his mind....what troubles ....enquiring into it..what troubles....we will see what is there ?

1. Sex- This body has come into existence through Sex. It is oldest and basic impression...in Sex also growth is there...how one can be interested into unconsciousness and this is a wonder...those who see pornography...consciousness is as that of animal...in adults it is on mental level...there is focus on genital organs...interested I piece of flesh like eagle...boss...Person matters more ....companionship one seeks ...it's choosy....finally union of soul....uniting with the wholeness...Sex is permeating the entire creation...even in flowers...animals is through Sex...knowing that unconsciousness result in lower form of Sex....this is wonder.Be aware,be awake. When you forgot limitlessness and when you wonder...that is it. How there can be personnel when it is universal....state of enlightenment is very personal....when someone is loved, then others are not being loved...is it like that....personal love is too intense. Universal love means no personal life.. myths...anyone who is not attached to someone is enlightened....this concept is being corrected by Ashtavakra geeta....even divine can have special bond....when conscious mind is liking someone...then gets attached more and more. By questioning your mind...you trouble yourself more.
Words are few and meaning is too much. Not to judge yourself and others.
Desire and lust are required for awareness...even if body is not able to function. Your mind is not aware,when you are obsessed...many people have not experienced it...even having known, you get into this..game of mind....it's a wonder.
Wonder about this samskara and you are liberated. Even those who have dispassion and liberated...they also have fear of being liberated.
A brave one even enjoying the senses are bothered always...neither desires or unfulfillment of desires will not annoy you. Anger is the other end of desire.You are either engrossed in it or hate it. A brave one is neither happy or angry by fulfillment or absence of it....so he has removed all concepts about liberation....so be at wonder....Ashtavakra clears concepts....see everything in oneself and oneself in everything...when activities happening in and out of body...and such an enlightened or soul can be influenced by someone's word...someone says and you are shaken...you are sold out....How an established person can be carried away...if you can just detach yourself with other's words...it's essence of life...don't be football of other's opinions....take these words into your heart and not to your head.
