व्यायामाला कोणताच पर्याय नाही!

  आरोग्य म्हणजे फॅशन नव्हे, संस्कार आहे!

आजच्या डिजिटल युगात आरोग्याबद्दल "लाटा" उसळतात  गव्हांकूर, अल्कली वॉटर, मध-लिंबूपाणी, नोनी, अलोव्हेरा, बिस्किटे, माधवबाग, दिवेकर, दीक्षित...
प्रत्येक लाटेला सुरुवात होते, चर्चा होते, जाहिराती झळकतात, आणि काही काळानंतर त्या ओसरतात.
पण प्रश्न राहतो — आपले आरोग्य किती सुधारले?


 लाटा येतात आणि जातात... पण शिस्त मात्र टिकली पाहिजे!

पूर्वी गव्हांकूराने जगभर गाजवले. कॅन्सरपासून डायबेटीसपर्यंत सर्व रोग बरे होतील, अशी आशा होती.
