WORDS

 We attach meaning to words and we distort them, too. For example, the word "brainwashing." Like your body, your brain needs washing sometimes. You don't want to walk around with a dirty brain, a dirty mind. What is wrong with the word "brainwashing?" It indicates a clean brain, a clean mind, but it is used in a derogatory manner.

 Like that, the word "disillusionment." It is good that you are disillusioned. You have come to reality. Like purana. It means "that which is new in the town, the most modern." But it is used in the sense of being old. In the course of time, meanings of words change. The word "enthused" comes from the Greek which means "God is with us." Then it came to mean crazy, and now it's changed again.

 Don't be stuck with the words. Your worries are words. Your ideas are words. Wisdom is beyond words. It is the very Being. It is the essence of all words. See and relate beyond words. Then there is no lie in your life.

 If you manipulate words, it is a lie. If you play on words, it is a joke. If you rely on words, it is ignorance. If you transcend words, it is wisdom.

शब्द

हम शब्दों में अर्थ जोड़कर उन्हें विकृत कर देते है। उदाहरण के लिए, यह शब्द "ब्रेन वाशिंग" -दिमागी- धुलाई। शरीर की तरह दिमाग को भी कभी कभी धुलाई की जरुरत होती है। तुम एक दूषित दिमाग, गंदे मन के साथ नहीं रहना चाहोंगे। फिर इस शब्द 'ब्रेन वाशिंग' में गलत क्या है? यह एक स्वच्छ दिमाग, साफ़ मन को इंगित करता है। पर इस का प्रयोग बुरे अर्थ में होता है। 

ऐसे ही-"डिसइलूशनमेंट" भ्रम से मुक्त। यह तो बहुत अच्छी बात है कि तुम भ्रम से मुक्त हो गये और वास्तविकता में आ गये।

जैसे "पुराण" इसका अर्थ है, ' जो नगर में नया हो , सबसे आधुनिक'। पर आजकल इसका प्रयोग पुराने के अर्थ में होता है।

वक्त के साथ शब्दों के अर्थ बदलते है। 'एन्थुसेड' शब्द ग्रीक भाषा से उत्पन्न है जिसका अर्थ है 'ईश्वर हमारे साथ है' । समय के साथ इसका अर्थ पागलपन से जुड़ गया और अब इसका अर्थ फिर बदल गया है।

शब्दों में मत फसो। तुम्हारी चिंताएं शब्दों में है। तुम्हारे विचार भी शब्द है। किन्तु बुद्धिमता शब्दों के परे है। यही तुम्हारा आत्म-स्वरुप है जो कि सब शब्दों का सार है। शब्दों के परे देखो, तब तुम्हारे जीवन में असत्य नहीं रहेगा।

    चालाकी से शब्दों का प्रयोग झूठ है।

    शब्दों से खिलवाड़ मज़ाक है।

    शब्दों पर निर्भरता अज्ञान है।

    शब्दों के परे जाना ज्ञान है।
