*Wrapping Paper* 

All sensory pleasures in the world are like wrapping paper, the true bliss is the present inside. Divine love is the present, yet we are holding onto the paper believing we have already enjoyed the gift. It's like putting the chocolate inside your mouth with the paper still on. 

A little chocolate may seep into the mouth, but the covering makes sores in the mouth. Unwrap the present. The whole world is there for you to enjoy. The wise know how to enjoy the gift inside, while the ignorant get stuck with the paper.

Wally - Gurudev, I have some property for you to consider as an Ashram in the US 

Gurudev - I want every home to be an Ashram.

*कागज़ का आवरण*

इन्द्रियों से जो साँसारिक सुख हम अनुभव करते हैं वह तो उपहार के बाहरी आवरण की तरह हैं। सच्चा आनंद हैं भीतर की उपस्थिति। दिव्य प्रेम ही हमारा उपहार हैं किन्तु हम कागज़ के बाहरी आवरण में फॅसे रहते हैं और सोचते हैं कि हमने उपहार का आनंद ले लिया। 

यह उसी तरह हैं जैसे कोई बिना कागज़ खोले ही चॉक्लेट मुँह में रख ले। इस तरह चॉक्लेट का थोड़ा स्वाद भले ही मिल जाये, परन्तु कागज़ का आवरण मुँह में छाले कर देगा। उपहार के ऊपरी आवरण को खोलो। सम्पूर्ण सृष्टि ही तुम्हारी हैं, उनका आनंद लो। ज्ञानी भीतर के उपहार का आनंद लेना जानते हैं, अज्ञानी ऊपरी आवरण में उलझे रह जाते हैं।

वाल - मेरे पास अमेरिका में कुछ जमीन हैं। कृपया आप वहाँ एक आश्रम बनाने के लिए विचार कीजिये।

श्री श्री - मैं चाहता हूँ कि हर एक घर एक आश्रम हो।
