the Wheel Pose! This heart-opening asana offers numerous benefits for the mind and body. To perform, lie on your back, bend your knees, place your palms near your ears, fingers pointing towards your feet. Inhale, press into your hands and feet, lift your hips and chest off the ground, creating an arch. Hold for a few breaths and gently release.

Benefits:
 1 Opens the chest and shoulders
2 Strengthens the back, arms, and legs
3 Stimulates the thyroid and pituitary glands
4 Increases lung capacity and improves digestion
5 Boosts energy and counters fatigue

Who shouldn't perform:
 Avoid if you have wrist, back, or neck injuries
 Pregnant individuals should skip this pose
 Beginners should approach with caution
