*Ayurveda * is being recognized as a holistic system of medicine. 
Which holds that the body is the foundation of all wisdom & source of all supreme objectives of life.
  “Ayurveda” is called the mother of all healing systems as it is the oldest healing system in the world.
“Ayurveda” has influenced all ancient systems of healing in the world including the Chinese, Greeks & Tibetans.

 It is complete system that unite the mind, body & spirit.

 According to “Ayurveda”   everything in the Universe that is living and non living things are made up of five elements 
which are Prithvi (Earth),  Jal  (Water),  Vayu (Air),  Agni (Fire)  and Akash  (Ether)
and
One Indivisible life force pervades   everything.

When oneself disharmony with surrounding he feels lacks of energy or
Oneself  thinks he is separated from rest then ego builds up which becomes cause for limitation of energy.
Due to this disharmony with surrounding nature oneself starts feeling lack of energy & suffering.

According to Ayurveda Natural Life Style, Yoga & Meditation makes Unity in Mind Body & Spirit which provide Energy, Health & Long life.
