Properties and uses 
Bilva Leaves 

It is Absorbent
It Balances Vata Dosh .They are used in dyspepsia, gastritis indigestion, cold and sinusitis.

Bilva Roots 
They balance Tridosha.
It relieves vomiting.
It relieves abdominal colic pain.

Unripe Fruit 

It is Astringent.
It is absorbent.
It's Dry in medicinal property 
It improves digestion and Pitta.
It balances Vata and Kapha.

Ripe Fruit 
It's difficult for digestion. 
It aggravates all the Doshas.
It is producer of foul smelling flatus.
 It has sweet after taste.

It causes slight burning sensation
It causes constipation. Useful in diarrhoea and dysentery.
