A perfect clinician has an intelligence which

बुद्धि पश्यति या भावान बहुकारण योगजान 

युक्तिस्त्रिकाला सा ज्ञेया त्रिवर्ग: साधयते यया

Charak Samhita Sutra 11/25

A perfect clinician has an intelligence which is able to see many factors working together, and understanding the past, present and future of all these factors, he is able to achieve all desires and wealth with fullfilling his responsibities towards family and society.

This is called as YUKTI and to be a perfect clinician, a medical student must know, learn and practice YUKTI.
