Question - Gurudev, I see many people in darshan line offering you different flowers, sweets etc. I feel guilty sometimes not being able to offer anything to you. What can I do to overcome such feelings?

Gurudev Sri Sri - You don't have to me flowers and sweets. You have sweetness in your mind and heart and that is more than enough. In your heart you should always have the freshness and sweetness of the flower. You don't have to be goodie goodie all the time. It is necessary to speak out the truth. Truth doesn't mean speaking bitterly. Speak the truth, speak the pleasant truth. Do not speak unpleasant truth and pleasant lies, be happy. There is no dearth of anything. Just like there is space within and outside a vessel. Similarly there is space inside and outside you. Let this truth come into experience. In life there are difficulties, but there is an untouched space within us. If you know that (untouched space) then there is fullness in life. That is called truth and you can experience that through meditation.
