Common name:- Himalayan screw pine.
Vernacular name:- Taku(Nyishi)

uses

          The leaves are used for making cots and mats by tribals of Arunachal Pradesh. They are also used for thatching. The stems are used for making floats and fishing nets. The wood is moderately hard on the outside, but very soft inside.

medicinal_Uses

The leaves are used as a remedy for snake bites.
