We are going through a time when we are really feeling the benefits of our old food patterns and medicines. Therefore, you will be able to find solutions to issues like maintaining immunity with spicy soup.For people with weak digestion (agni), it stimulates digestion and helps to increase appetite
Ingredients
 1 tea spoon tamarind pulp
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoons of pepper powder
 small fresh chili
Finely chopped red onion
A piece of cinnamon bark
1 tea spoon ginger 
Curry leaves
2 tea spoon Coriander seeds
1 tea spoon cumin seed
 Two teaspoons of fenugreek seeds
salt 
if you have galangal 1 tea spoon 
Method of preparation
In a large pan, mix together, all Ingredients,and Add enough water to get the desired consistency and boil for a couple of minutes.
