सर्वमात्मेति निश्चित्य
तूष्णींभूतस्य योगिनः॥१८- ९॥
सब आत्मा ही है - ऐसा निश्चय करके जो चुप हो गया है, उस पुरुष के लिए यह मैं हूँ, यह मैं नहीं हूँ आदि कल्पनाएँ भी शांत हो जाती हैं॥९॥
