The Botheration Box
During a basic course on Sudarshan Kriya, my teacher introduced us to the concept of the “botheration box” and how it can help us let go of worries and anxieties. However, I had doubts about the effectiveness of this method. On the last day of the course, one of the participants lost their car keys and we all started searching for them. After 30 minutes of searching, I remembered the botheration box and suggested to my teacher that we put the issue in it. She closed her eyes and at that moment, we heard a sound and thought that the keys had been found. This experience taught me the power of surrendering to Gurudev’s teachings. As he says, “fear cannot live with faith. Without faith, there is no surrender. Without surrender, it is not possible to feel divinity.” By surrendering our worries and doubts to Gurudev, we can find inner peace and trust in the path ahead.
