When a close friend or relative of yours is not well or unhappy somewhere, don't you feel it?

We are all connected,the whole universe is connected,every individual is connected. Because you feel connection with some people, when something happens to them, it affects your body. When you are connected with the entire universe, you can observe anything happening to anybody, right here. Your body is nothing but a mirror of the whole universe.

Yat pinde tat bhramande

"Whatever is in the universe is present in this body. Whatever is in this body is in the universe." 

Our body is a miniature universe.You can talk to scientists,they too will agree that from one human DNA chain, you can make an elephant,a dog, a cat, parrots, amoeba, everything. One human DNA contains the entire cosmos, all the animals.This is not present in any other species. The speciality of the human species is that it contains all other types of DNA in it.

This is what scientists are saying today.The Rishis had said it long ago--you are a miniature universe.
