Be One with Your True Nature



I am the Self, eternal and free,
Formless and all-pervasive, that's me.
Beyond the bounds of space and time,
I exist, a spark of the divine.

This knowledge is supreme, it sets me apart,
From the limitations of the heart.
It's the key to unlock my true potential,
And live a life that's authentic and essential.

So I'll meditate daily, to connect with my core,
To remember my true nature, and live forever more.
In this state of awareness, I'll find my peace,
And live a life that's filled with joy, love, and release.

I am the Self, pure consciousness and light,
Guiding me forward, through the darkness of night.
So I'll follow my heart, and trust in my soul,
And live a life that's true to my highest goal.

Do daily meditation, and connect with your core,
Remember your true nature, and live forever more.
You are the Self, eternal and free,
A spark of the divine, shining bright and carefree.

The realization that "I am Self, formless, all-pervasive" is a profound and
 liberating understanding that has the power to transform our lives.
 This supreme knowledge reminds us of our true nature, 
beyond the limitations of the physical body and the conditioning of the mind.

By embracing this understanding and including daily meditation into our routine, we can.

Deepen our connection with our true Self

Cultivate inner peace, clarity, and wisdom

 Transcend the boundaries of the ego and experience unity with all existence

 Live a life that is authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling
