🌿Ayurveda is the most traditional system of healing which is the gift of INDIA to the world..🌿

It can be overwhelming at the begning with so many rules and rituals.. take it slow and start 1 practise at a time. Do not start all the practises at one time.
Take one step at a time

1) Abhyanga ( oil massage ) : self oil massage for 15 mins before bath with appropriate oil you can start massage on a weekend or if you have liberty of visiting ayurveda center near you.. indulge in abhyanga every weekend.

2) Gandusha / kavala : squishing warm oil in mouth in the morning for 10 mins works wonder for oral health care.. you can start with 2 spoons of sesame oil..
.
3) Nasya : nasal administration of medicated oil / ghee... 2 drops of medicated oil in each nostril on daily basis help tackle all the health issues of ear, nose, throat head and many more Dm to know specific oil to be used.
.
4)padabhyanga : massaging the feet with oil before sleeping helps to decrease stress and also helps to attain good night sleep. If you have kids at home do it without fail
.
5)Tongue scrapping: invest in good quality tongue scrapper ( i personally prefer copper.. tongue scrapping helps in eliminating toxins and improving taste buds and also maintains the oral hygiene.
