Ginger tea is excellent for the lungs

Pound (don’t grate) a 1 inch piece ginger & boil in 200 ml water till it reduces by half. Remove from fire, add a pinch of cinnamon. Infuse for a minute. This ginger tea is excellent for the lungs.
