Beetroot, according to Ayurveda, offers several benefits during menopause

Beetroot, according to Ayurveda, offers several benefits for women's health, particularly during menopause:

1. Rich in silicone and folic acid, which support the female reproductive system.
2. Beneficial for Vata dosha in small amounts, and suitable for Pitta and Kapha doshas in moderation.
3. Healing properties:
    - Strengthens the heart and improves circulation.
    - Purifies the blood and benefits the liver.
    - Promotes menstruation and regulates hormones (when combined with carrots).
4. Relieves constipation and treats hemorrhoids.
5. Soothes nervousness and congestion in the vascular system.

To maximize benefits, consume beetroot juice (combined with carrot juice for hormone regulation) and be cautious of the leaves, which contain high levels of oxalic acid.
