The Five Insights
Love is your nature.
In the process of its expression, you often get caught up in the object. This is when your sight is caught outside. To return back to your nature, you need insight.
Pain is the first insight.
It takes you away from the object and turns you towards your body and mind.
Energy is the second insight.
A bolt of energy brings you back to your Self.
Divine Love is the third insight.
A glimpse of Divine love makes you so complete and over rules all the relative pleasures
Trance is the fourth insight.
An elevation of consciousness and partial awareness of the physical reality around is Trance.
Non-dual existence, that all is made up of one and only one, is the fifth insight.
When love glows, it is bliss,
When it flows, it is compassion,
When it blows, it is anger,
When it ferments, it is jealously,
When it is all Nos, it is hatred,
When it acts, it is perfection,
When love Knows, it is ME!

पांच अंतर्दृष्टियां
प्रेम तुम्हारा स्वभाव है।
जब तुम प्रेम को व्यक्त करते हो , प्रायः तुम विषय-वस्तु में उलझ जाते हो।
तुम्हारी दृष्टि बहार अटकी हुई है। अपने स्वरुप में वापस आने के लिए तुम्हें आंतरिक दृष्टि की आवश्यकता है।
पीड़ा प्रथम अंतर्दृष्टि है। यह तुम्हें वस्तु-विषय से परे ले जाकर शरीर और मन की और मोड़ती है।
ऊर्जा दूसरी अंतर्दृष्टि है। ऊर्जा का एक तीव्र झटका तुम्हें वापस आत्मा की ओर लाता है।
दिव्य प्रेम तीसरी अंतर्दृष्टि है। दिव्य प्रेम की एक झलक सम्पूर्णता लाती है , सभी साँसारिक सुखो को तुच्छ बना देती है।
आनंद चतुर्थ अंतर्दृष्टि है । आनंद वह स्थिति है जिसमें चेतना के उत्थान के साथ भौतिक वास्तविकता के प्रति आंशिक सजगता भी है।
अद्वैत के प्रति सजगता पांचवी अंतर्दृष्टि है, यह बोध कि सब-कुछ एक से, सिर्फ एक से ही बना है।
प्रेम की चमक परमानन्द है।
प्रेम का प्रवाह अनुकम्पा है।
प्रेम का विस्फोट क्रोध है।
प्रेम का खमीर होना ईर्ष्या है।
प्रेम में नकारना घृणा है।
प्रेम में सक्रियता सम्पूर्णता है।
प्रेम में ज्ञान "मैं" हूँ।
